Service Description

Experience a holistic approach to counselling. I bring evidence-based, compassionate support with a focus on empowerment. I draw on cognitive behavioural strategies, mindfulness practices, and Dialectical Behavioural techniques to foster deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. I work with people on anxiety, depression, burnout, mindset, identity, self-worth & confidence, relationships, study and career navigation and life transitions. I am a neurodivergent- affirming clinician working with teens and young adults.
